SN GLOBAL supplies spices and agricultural products primarily on a business-to-business basis.

1. Before Order Confirmation

A buyer may cancel an enquiry or quotation before the order is formally confirmed in writing by both the buyer and SN GLOBAL.

2. No Cancellation After Confirmation

Once an order has been confirmed in writing by both the buyer and SN GLOBAL, the order shall be considered final and non-cancellable by either party.

Order confirmation may be through an accepted Proforma Invoice, purchase order, sales agreement or other written confirmation exchanged between both parties.

3. Shipment Cancellation

After confirmation, neither the buyer nor SN GLOBAL may unilaterally cancel the order or shipment at any stage, including during processing, packing, preparation for dispatch, dispatch or transit.

4. Exception in Writing

Any exception to this Cancellation Policy must be mutually agreed in writing by both the buyer and SN GLOBAL, with the agreement specifically confirmed through SN GLOBAL's official business email.
