2. Orders & Quotations All quotations are subject to product availability and written confirmation by SN GLOBAL. Final product specifications, prices, quantities and delivery terms will be confirmed in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice or sales agreement.

3. Payment Payments must be made only through the official payment methods or bank details communicated by SN GLOBAL. Buyers are advised to verify payment details before making payment.

4. Delivery & Export Delivery and export arrangements will be according to the agreed commercial terms and applicable laws. Delivery times may be affected by customs, shipping, weather, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Quality & Claims Products will be supplied according to the specifications agreed with the buyer. Any shortage, damage or quality concern should be reported promptly with supporting evidence.

6. Buyer Responsibility Buyers are responsible for providing accurate business, shipping and consignee information and for complying with import and regulatory requirements in their destination country.

7. Website Content The content, photographs, logo, branding and other materials on this website may not be copied or commercially used without permission from SN GLOBAL.

8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Transaction-specific agreements may contain additional terms regarding jurisdiction and dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 1. Governing Law & JurisdictionAll contracts and transactions with SN GLOBAL shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal or court proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

2. Amicable SettlementIn case of any dispute or claim regarding payments, product quality, or shipping, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days.

3. Binding ArbitrationIf the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally settled by binding arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties
