These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Transaction-specific agreements may contain additional terms regarding jurisdiction and dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law & JurisdictionAll contracts and transactions with SN GLOBAL shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal or court proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.2. Amicable SettlementIn case of any dispute or claim regarding payments, product quality, or shipping, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days.
3. Binding ArbitrationIf the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally settled by binding arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties
