Shipping Policy

SN GLOBAL supplies spices and agricultural products to domestic and international buyers.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements, delivery location, freight, insurance and delivery terms will be agreed with the buyer before confirmation of the order.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated shipping and delivery dates may vary depending on the destination, transportation, customs clearance, port operations, weather and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes and other applicable charges will be borne by SN GLOBAL or the buyer according to the agreed quotation, Proforma Invoice or sales agreement.

4. Inspection at Delivery

The buyer or the buyer's authorised representative/agent should inspect the goods, including a reasonable/random check of the product and packaging, at the time of delivery.

After inspection, the authorised representative/agent shall sign an Acceptance/Delivery Confirmation acknowledging receipt and acceptance of the goods.

Any visible shortage, damage or discrepancy identified during inspection should be recorded on the Acceptance/Delivery Confirmation and reported to SN GLOBAL immediately.

5. Returns

Once the goods have been inspected and accepted and the Acceptance/Delivery Confirmation has been signed, returns will not ordinarily be accepted, except where otherwise agreed in writing or where required by applicable law.

6. International Shipments

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for complying with applicable import, customs, food safety, labelling and other regulatory requirements of the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Shipping Documents

Applicable commercial and shipping documents will be provided according to the agreed transaction terms and applicable requirements.
